Toynbee Hall Lunch Club

*Sadly Toynbee Hall has temporarily postponed all face-to-face activities due to COVID-19. They are still committed to offering ways for people to socialise and stay active and have launched a Facebook group with a range of online community activities. Other services will be offered by telephone and email.*

The Toynbee Hall Lunch Club is open to people over 50 living in the City of London and Tower Hamlets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.

We serve a two-course lunch plus tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and offer free activities and support including:

  • Games, quizzes and bingo
  • Newspapers and current affair discussions
  • Art and crafts
  • Support planning
  • Reminisence groups
  • Massage and reflexology¬†
  • IT and computing

The service is free to residents of the City of London.
