St Joseph's Hospice Community Palliative Care Team

St Joseph’s Hospice Community Pallative Care Team of specialist doctors, nurses, social workers and skilled staff and volunteers provides pain control and symptom relief for those whose illness cannot be cured.

We assess patients as individuals with regard to their physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs and treat them in their homes or at our hospice in Hackney.

In-patients at St Joseph’s enjoy some of the most modern facilities in Europe, which have been designed to accommodate the diverse needs of the many communities we serve. The support we give compliments that provided by the Primary Health Care Teams, hospitals and other agencies.

Our services are sensitive to the needs of carers.
