The City of London Apprenticeship Programme

The City of London Apprenticeship programme provides a range of vocational opportunities for young people aged 16-24 living in and around the City.
Apprentices learn job-specific skills and gain valuable work experience while working alongside experienced staff. They also attend regular training days to gain relevant, nationally recognised qualifications. Plus, they earn a wage and get paid holidays, including bank holidays.
Apprenticeship positions come up year round, both within the Corporation and with partner employers. We offer apprenticeship training in a broad variety of areas including:
- Business administration
- Customer service
- Retail
- Banking and financial services
- Insurance
- Accountancy
- Payroll
- Surveying
- Construction
- Property maintenance
- Housing
- Arts and culture
To be eligible for the programme, you must be:
- Between 16-24 years old
- Eligible to work in England
- Not in full-time education or educated to level 4 or above
As many courses are roll-on roll-off, you can apply for an apprenticeship at any time of the year.
