The Children’s Disability Forum City and Hackney

The Children’s Disability Forum (CDF) gives parents, carers, children and young people opportunities to discuss and propose action on issues concerning disabled children. These include:

• Enabling parents and carers to feedback to commissioners and statutory services about the provision of health and wellbeing services for disabled children
• Parent/carer get togethers to share information and talk about health and social issues they face raising a child with a disability.
• Age-appropriate activities and events for young disabled people up to 25 where they can talk about what matters most to them
